Contestant Guidelines
No Registration fee.
Must serve tastings in 3oz plastic ramekins/small boats suitable for 200-300 people.
There is a $2.00 donation for all tasting for patrons. This donation will go to the organization not the contestant.
The contestant may only sell the items in contest to patrons, This will be considered the contestant earnings and the contestant will keep 100% of earnings. Contestants are responsible for preparation off site.
Dishes must be kept warm in chafing dishes with lids or warmer due to food safety regulations You may bring small equipment to prepare on site only if you have rented our “Out of sight” display setup. **Equipment must be approved due to power and space limitations. Food Trucks may park vehicles outside of venue for preparation but may not sell food outside of venue for any reason. This will be considered a violation and $500.00 fine will be issued.
All ticketed patrons will receive voting stickers for each category, the sticker must be placed on the voting board by the patron only(unless physically unable to) otherwise will be marked as invalid. There is a $125.00 non- refundable set up fee: Includes serving space, table, banner w/name, serving ramekins/boats, utensils.
